✓ 80g plain flour(普通麵粉)( terigu pro rendah )
✓ 80g tapioca Flour ( 木薯粉 ) ( tepung tapioka )
✓ 2g baking soda ( 蘇打粉 ) ( soda kue )
✓ 3g baking powder ( 泡打粉 ) baking powder
✓ 1g salt ( 鹽 ) ( garam )
✓ 1g vanilla powder ( 香草粉 ) vanilla bubuk
✓ 80g sweetened condensed milk ( 煉乳 ) ( susu Kental Manis) (me 50g)
✓ 5pc pandan leaves ( 斑斕葉 ) ( daun Pandan )
🔥 Preheat the oven at 180c for 45 minutes, then change the temperature to 180c for 10 minutes.
預熱烤箱 下火 180c 45分鐘後 轉上火 180c 10分鐘
Panaskan oven api bawah pada suhu 180c selama 45 menit, kemudian ganti suhu 180c api atas selama 10 menit.
